4.Automatic change size(optional): Gluer feeder, spotter and wrapper part are use servo motor control system. When change the size, just input the size of the box into the computer, machine can automatically finish adjustment. Only cost 10 minutes instead of 1-2 hours manul adjustment. The new system (servo feeder) makes it easier and faster.

HM-ZD350A Automatic rigid box making machine
1. HM-ZD350A adopts PLC and man-machine control, camera tracing system, and can automatically feed coverpaper, feed greyboard, paste four corners, spot greyboard, lift box, wrap box, fold corner edges and form box.
2.The feeder, the gluer and the conveyor are driven by servo which has continuously variable transmission and enjoys high accuracy, easy adjusting, and less time consumption.
3. Double color conveyor can avoid changing to other color belt, which is Hongming’s patent.
4. The spot unit adopts Germany camera with 5 million pixel and robot arm to pick and spot the greyboard, enhancing the spotting accuracy to ±0.05mm.
5.The forming unit employs Germany REXROTH linear slider and virtual cam driving system, guaranteeing the stable quality and fluent movement and enlarge the folding-in depth and corner edges.
6.This whole machine only needs 1 or 2 operators and outputs about 1500-2150 boxes/hour.
