This automatic rigid box making machine suit to make different kinds of rigid set up box production, like christmas gift box, mobile phone box, slip case, clam shell box, new year gift box, Valentine gift box ect.
Adopt Switzerland find throttling valve and electric eye rectify a deviation (error i±0.1mm).Automatic change size: Gluer feeder, spotter and wrapper part are use servo motor control system. When change the size, just input the size of the box into the computer, machine can automatically finish adjustment. Only cost 10 minutes instead of 1-2 hours manul adjustment. The new system (servo feeder) makes it easier and faster

High output: 1200-1800 pcs/ hour and it adopts Switzerland find throttling valve and electric eye rectify a deviation (error is ±0.1mm). The Feeder part of gluer uses servo feeder control system on the glue part . It saves about 20-30 mins. for adjust the paper feeder part when change the size. Black and white belt: Black and white belt which suit to different colors of paper sheet. No need to change the belt.
