HM-ZD240 Automatic box maker applys high accuracy spotter (the spotter error is ± 0.05mm). It is suitable for all kinds of high-grade jewelry boxes, watch boxes, pen boxes, gift boxes, candy boxes, souvenir boxes, jewelry boxes, cosmetics boxes and other small size box manufacturing production. This whole box making process is carried out automatically. Automatic glue, automatic positioning, automatic corner taping and automatic wrapping. This rigid box maker adopts Japanese Panasonic PLC and man-machine control, error auto stop and display, carema tracing system, and can automatically feed coverpaper, feed greyboard, paste four corners, spot greyboard, grab box, wrap box, fold corner edges and form box.

The feeder, gluer and conveyor are driven by servo system which has continuously variable transmission and enjoys high accuracy, easy adjusting, and less time consumption. Double color conveyor can save the time for changing to other color belt, which is Hongming’s patent.

 

 The spot unit adopts Germany camera with 5 million pixel and Japanese robot arm to pick and spot the greyboard, enhancing the spotting accuracy to within 0.05mm. The forming unit employs foreign linear slider, stable and wear resistant.

This whole machine only needs 1 or 2 operators and outputs about 1500-1800 boxes/hour.

1) The machine with High output: the rigid box maker running speed can up to 1500-1800 pcs/ hour. 1 operator run the machine, 1 assistant for adding materials. 2 QC check the quality when box come out and then pack.

 

2) This rigid box maker with High-precision: The machine spotter unit applies high tech Germany camera with 5 million pixel and Japan TOYO mechanical arm which increase the accuracy of the position part. (spotter accuracy± 0.05mm. ). Suits to high accuracy rigid box production, like ring box, watch box ect.

 

3) The rigid box machine’s paper feeder uses servo feeder control system. It saves about 10-20 mins. for adjust the paper feeder part when change the size. 

Traditional rigid box machine is using the cam control system which needs to adjust the gears when change the size of paper. The new system of this rigid box maker (servo feeder) makes it easier and faster. Just input the size of the paper into the computer, machine can automatically adjust the glue feeder part.  

 

4) Standard rigid box machine is using the Kraft paper which is thick on the corner part. After wrapping the rigid box, there is a mark on the corner part. But using PE tape, the corner part wrapping can be much better as the PE tape is much thinner. ( Option device)
