HM-ZD600 Automatic rigid box machine is most popular model of rigid box making. It is available in all kinds of rigid set up box ( bottom and top boxes ) like shoe boxes, cell phone boxes, shirt boxes, garment boxes, gift boxes, jewelry boxes, chocolate boxes, hardware boxes, high grade food boxes, electronic boxes, packaging boxes ect. This whole box making process is carried out automatically. Automatic glue, automatic positioning, automatic corner taping and automatic wrapping. This machine adopts Japanese Panasonic PLC and man-machine control, electric eye tracing system, hydraulic pneumatic rectifying system, and can automatically feed coverpaper, feed greyboard, paste four corners, spot greyboard, drag box, wrap box, fold corner edges and form box. 

 

 The feeder, gluer and conveyor are driven by servo system which has continuously variable transmission and enjoys high accuracy, easy adjusting, and less time consumption. Double color conveyor can save the time for changing to other color belt, which is Hongming’s patent. The spot unit adopts Switzerland micro throttle valve, lead-screw for rectifying, enhancing the spotting accuracy to within 0.2mm. The forming unit employs foreign linear slider, guaranteeing over 10 years stable quality. 

 

This whole machine only needs 1 or 2 operators and outputs about 1500-1800 boxes/hour.

HM-ZD600 Automatic Rigid Box Machine Features:

 

1) The machine with high output: running speed about 1200-1800 pcs/ hour. 1 operator run the machine, 1 assistant for adding materials. 2 QC check the quality when box come out and then pack.

 

2) High-precision rigid box equipments: The machine adopts Switzerland find throttling valve and electric eye rectify a deviation (error is ±0.1mm). This will increase the rigid box quality.

 

3) The glue feeder part of the rigid box machine uses servo feeder control system. It saves about 10-20 mins. for adjust feeder when change the paper size. 

Traditional machine using the cam control system which needs to adjust the gears when change the size of paper. 

The new system (servo feeder) makes it easier and faster. Just input the size of the paper into the computer, machine can automatically adjust the glue feeder part. 

 

4) HM-ZD600 rigid box machine can fold the paper edge into the box till 45 mm: Suits to high quality box production. Please note that the box width must up to 90mm when turn 45mm edge into the bottom. (Optional device)

 

5) All automatic rigid box machines with Black and white belt in one machine: Black and white belt which suit to different colors of paper sheet. Half white and half black color on the belt, no need to change the belt when change the production from dark color paper to light color paper. It will save 3 hours for changing the belt when making different colors of paper.

 

6) Suit to use the PE tape. Standard rigid box machine is using the Kraft paper which is thick on the corner part. After wrapping the rigid box, there is a mark on the corner part. But using PE tape, the corner part wrapping can be much better as the PE tape is much thinner. ( Option device)
