Hongming machinery in fact supports its customers from the very beginning ensuring a perfect installation of the productive unit.

1999, created by Mr. Arthur King, and successfully developed semi-automatic rigid box machine which completely changed the history of Chinese in the history of gift boxes produced by hand.
2000, Hongming Machinery successful R & D and production of semi-automatic hardcover book cover machine.
2001, Hongming put quality as a fundamental, human nature to continually improve the product and turn to mass production, and finally occupy the local market through rigid box machines.
In January 2002, Hongming proceed with the development of HM-DA660 Automatic Case Maker. In the meantime, semiautomatic case maker already successfully sold into international market and successfully obtained the European CE certification
2003, Hongming embarked on the development of automatic rigid box machine, and the DA600 made rapid progress, and in the second half of 2003 the first automatic case maker successfully succeeded in the trial and sold to customers.
2004, Hongming put DA660 as the future development of 10 years, the main products, small batch production.
By the end of 2004, Hongming has successfully developed the HM-ZD600 Automatic rigid box machines.
2005, DA660 was in mass production, the HM-ZD600 Automatic rigid box making machine finish test and sold to customer in good running.
2006, Hongming increase production of HM-DA660, from three sets to 5 sets per month, HM-ZD600 Automatic rigid box machines has entered the small production.
In 2007, Hongming sold 50 sets of HM-DA660 Automatic case maker in local market and overseas succefully. HM-ZD600 Automatic rigid box machines have got good reputation in China and overseas markets. Hongming works with a number of overseas agents, and laid a good after-sales service for overseas sales .
In 2008, Hongming succeeded in developing the HM-ZD240 Automatic rigid box machines.
In 2009, Hongming has successfully developed the HM-ZDS240 automatic plastic box machine for jewelry boxes.
2010, Hongming makes a new record in sales, exceeded 18 million.
2011, Hongming invested large sums of money to relocate the new plant to devote more R & D and production of gift boxes and hardcover equipment.

QUALITY ENSURE
Quality control over grading is important to ensure that products are able to deliver the performance that designers expect. This applies equally well to appearance grading and structural grading. In-grade testing of structural products can be used to verify structural properties.
Hongming rigid box machines produce their own quality control systems and manuals and in some cases seek endorsement for their quality system under ISO 9001.
In some cases, third party auditing of the quality control systems can be used to issue a product certification. This gives potential purchasers confidence that the quality control and assurance programs are in-place and functioning well.
The main process affected by quality control techniques is the grading operation. In-grade testing is the ultimate test of the effectiveness of any grading operation. There are two types of quality control that can be applied:
• Process Control – checks that the process is being conducted in the way that will produce material of consistent quality.
• Product checking – looks at the output from the process and establishes whether or not the properties of the product are consistent and within the specification for the product. It picks up things that may not be detected in process control, such as variations in raw materials. This primarily uses the process of “in-grade testing”.
Processing and production equipment: we have imported the most advanced processing equipment in the world: such as five-sided gantry processing center from Germany, dozens of high-precision machining centers, precision grinders, milling machines from Taiwan to ensure our machines’ structure and spare parts machining accuracy.
We have high testing equipment such as third element, the metal crystal imager, altimeter, hardness testers, film thickness instrument to ensure the good working effect of our machines.
