HM-600B Semi-automatic case maker

Beside the rigid box machines, we also manufacture some small hard cover machines like case maker, paper board cutting machine ect. Please find the information in the follows

HM-600B semi-automatic case maker include one set of HM-650A gluing machine, one set of HM-600C double side edge folding machine and two sets of HM-800 single side edge folding machine.

Firstly: Use Gluing Machine for paper do gluing.

Secondly: Work put paperboard fixed on gluing paper by hand. Delivery Belts on gluing machine will take the case goes into belts for HM-600C, and then bend the paper edge on the length at one time. Finally, it tightly press out by the rubble rollers, avoid scratching on the paper. Then use HM-800 to bend the paper edge on the short sides.

HM-600C Double-side Folding-in Machine is one part of Semi-automatic Case Maker, mainly for long-side cover paper folding. It would be better match with Gluing Machine

It is one part of Semi-automatic Case Maker. This machine is mainly for two short-side Folding-in.

After paper gluing on item HM-650A/ 650B/ 650C, worker fixed paperboard on gluing paper. Delivery belts on gluing machine will take it into HM-600C for folding-in two long-side. Finally, use HM-800 to finish the short side.
