HM-ZD6418 Automatic rigid box making machine

 

Features and Functions:

 

1) High output: 1500-2100 pcs/ hour

 

2) High precision: Adopt Switzerland find throttling valve and electric eye rectify a deviation  (error is ±0.1mm)

 

3) Automatic change size: Gluer feeder, spotter and wrapper part are use servo motor control system. When change the size, just input the size of the box into the computer, machine can automatically finish adjustment. Only cost 10 minutes instead of 1-2 hours manul adjustment. The new system (servo feeder) makes it easier and faster.

 

4) Diversification of varieties boxes: we will make a drawing in the follows

 

5) Can save 300 sets of boxes size perameters. And also can apply 2G memory card。Just select the size you want to make and begin production.

 

6) Suit to small quantity produciton：As the automatic adjustment save lots of running time and reduce the waste for test running, small quantity box production can be finished thourgh this model which save labor cost, running time and improve box quality.

 

7) Turning in edge up to 100mm：Suit to high quality box production. Please note that the box width must up to 200mm when turn 100mm edge into the bottom.

 

8) Black and white belt：Black and white belt which suit to different colors of paper sheet. Save 3 hours for changing the belt when making different colors of paper.

 

9) Suit to use the PE tape. Traditional machine is using the Kraft paper which is much thicker on the corner part. After wrapping the box, there is a mark on the corner part. But using PE tape, the corner part wrapping can be much better as the PE tape is much thinner. ( Option device)

The tapes width can be choosed 20mm and 30mm, and the length can be adjust from 5mm-150mm because of the servo motor control.
